Functions at Cube
Have your next birthday or function at Cube.
We have a variety of different options for your event over two spaces within the club. The club is available for hire from 6pm until 10pm after which time we open the club to the general public. We also have a more intimate and private VIP room available from 10pm-3am during club opening hours.
There is no room hire fees, simply a minimum spend over the bar, which varies depending on the room option.
You can choose to supply your own music CD/USB to play until 10pm at no extra charge or our resident DJ’s are available at an additional cost per hour.
We have some TV's available for slide shows at no extra cost prior to 10pm. USB's must be provided one week before.
Decorations and fancy dress are welcome however all decorations must be removed prior to opening to the public.
A deposit of $300 is required to secure the booking with the remainder paid in full one week prior to the function date.
If there is not an open bar, the minimum bar spend will be held as a deposit only and once the minimum spend is reached, the deposit can be returned. This and other bar tab options are available.
Cold cocktail style catering options are available upon request at an additional cost.
All extra item costs are in addition to the minimum bar spend.
If a cancellation is made: - two (2) weeks prior to the function, 50% of the deposit will be retained. - less than two (2) weeks prior to the function, Cube will retain the full deposit amount.
Functions times- 6pm-10pm Minimum Spend- $1000 This option allows you to hire the whole club (excluding the VIP room) prior to the club opening to the public.
VIP Room- Up to 10 people
Functions times- 10pm-3am Minimum Spend- $500 This option allows you to use the VIP Room exclusively during opening hours to the general public. The VIP has its own private entrance with one secure entry passes included. This option can be combined with the full Club option at a reduced rate on request.
